At BillFlow Invoice Maker & Bill, we respect your privacy. In compliance with Google Play Store & Apple App Store User Data policies, if you wish to delete your account and associated data created via our mobile application, you can do so directly using the instant online deletion form below or via the in-app settings.

Open the BillFlow Invoice Maker & Bill app on your device.
Go to Settings > Account.
Tap on "Delete Account / Data".
Confirm your selection to permanently erase your account.

Data Retention & Deletion Details

Data Deleted Immediately: Your account credentials (name, email address), uploaded invoices, backup files, and user preferences stored on our cloud server will be permanently removed.
Data Stored Locally: Any data stored locally on your mobile device (offline invoices) will remain on your device until you clear the app data or uninstall the application.
Data Retained (If Applicable): Non-identifying transactional logs or regulatory records required for security and fraud prevention may be retained for up to 30 days before permanent deletion.
